I had a bit of a mixed experience with the rooms. It was a bit confusing as the room layouts seemed off, with single rooms having separate beds and double rooms having a double bed. We even had a big suite with separate beds. Additionally, there were missing towels and not enough bathrobes for the number of guests. However, during the day, the placement was convenient, taking around 4-6 minutes to reach reception.
Staying at this residence was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms are spacious, new, and clean, offering a refreshing view of the forest-covered mountains. The service was excellent with friendly and professional staff, although they may not speak Ukrainian. The location is perfect for a peaceful retreat, close to both the airport and exhibition area. The dining experience was enjoyable, especially the dinner options. However, the hotel may need to improve certain beef dishes. The facilities provided added convenience and comfort to my stay.

The residence was far from the reception, which could be inconvenient, especially for a single person. There were mix-ups with the room configurations, like having separate beds instead of a double bed for solo guests or receiving separate beds in a big suite meant for a double bed. Additionally, there were shortages in amenities like towels and bathrobes, creating some inconvenience during the stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although nice, new, and clean, had some issues like receiving a room with separate beds instead of a double bed. The service, while mostly friendly and professional, was slow at times and put me in an older hotel based on my nationality. The location offered a great view with comfortable surroundings, but it required a bit of walking to reach certain amenities. Dining was a standout experience, especially the dinner, but the redirection to a different restaurant was unexpected.
